East village - townhouses 13, 14, 15, 16

The east village of Warrendine Court is a cluster of four townhouses, all facing west with superb outlooks over the main common parkland area (the "Village Green") from the eastern side of the complex. Some have east-west-north aspects, others east-west-south orientation.

Car access is via the tree-lined drive from Franklin Road to the left-hand carport block for residents, a short walk to east village townhouses from there - the exception being townhouse 16 which has its single carport directly adjacent. The gated walkway to Gardiners Road and the nearby Mini Market is also very handy for east village residents. Approximately 75% of east village residents are owner-occupiers.

East village comprises only 3-bedroom townhouses. All of the backyards in east village are more moderately-sized to combine the advantages of private outdoor living space with relatively low maintenance. East village prides itself on aspect, the glorious winter-warmth of morning sun shining through their dining/kitchen and outdoor areas, while shade and coolness is delivered to these zones on hot summer afternoons. Most east village townhouses have direct frontage to the Village Green.

Focal interests among south village residents at the present time include sustainable energy, vegetable and flower gardening, movies, child care and education, aged care and social welfare, decorative arts, cooking, travel, and outdoor gatherings.
