Calling for proposals and quotations at Warrendine Court


The Body Corporate of Warrendine Court is interested in receiving proposals and quotations for these proposed works:
Letterboxes
The Body Corporate would like to evaluate proposals for the replacement or renovation of the letterbox facility at the Franklin Road entrance. This proposed improvement to the complex's kerb appeal could include new signage, lighting, and a temporary bin corral. The preference for letterboxes is to have the opening flaps at the rear of the construction, for frontal neatness, with the option of a small padlock for each box rather than the current fixed locks. Fencing
The Body Corporate is currently looking at options for upgrading the common-property fencing of the complex for a more modern rendition of the original timber posts and horizontal palings. For more information about this proposed requirement, please contact the Body Corporate.
Exterior Lighting
The Body Corporate is interested in looking at proposals for replacing a number of original outdoor lighting fixtures which have shown to be vulnerable to hail damage and vandalism. For more information about this proposed requirement, please contact the Body Corporate.
